I am working as a School Counselor since the past one year. I have been helping students deal with behavioral problems in the age group 6 to 13 years. While interacting with the students, I realised that they wanted their parents and teachers to listen to them, to understand them.Kids today are growing up very quickly. They understand when spoken to on a one to one basis and want to be treated as adults right from standard one. Parents have an imporatnt role to play in raising their children....
